How long does setup take? +
The median is 38 seconds from payment. Anything past two minutes is a bug and we would like to hear about it.
Can I upgrade later? +
Yes, and it is not a migration. Your server stays on the same node and keeps its IP, and billing is pro-rata.
Do you oversell? +
No. A node takes sixteen servers and we stop there, which is the whole reason the plans cost what they do.
Do you run Windows servers? +
No. Linux only, and we have no plans to change that.
What is your refund policy? +
Within 48 hours of a first order, no questions asked. After that, ask and we will look at it.

Send us the details of your current host and we move the server across. Usually done inside the hour.
